WII will assign a project manager that will follow through from design though production and delivery. WII's project managers oversee production, uphold schedules, and supervise quality assurance programs. Our project managers will analyze your needs and walk you through our project management process. Once we assign a project manager to you, we take all engineering drawings and translate them for use in China. Quality Assurance / Quality Control
We conduct quality control inspections during production, assembly, and shipping. We have two additional checkpoints once the products are ready for shipment, Hong Kong and New Jersey. Only then do we ship to you or your distributor center, unless agreed otherwise. We are committed to meeting your company's quality standards and guarantee that any product you receive will match or exceed the sample or specifications you have given us.
Quotes
All quotes include international shipping rates and custom duties. When you receive a quote from us it will break down the pricing so you know exactly what you are being charged and why. The standard turnaround on our quotes is 7-10 days. The size, type, and quantity of the product may affect this timeframe.
